i am a big fan of baby leggings and an even bigger fan of affordable baby leggings. this diy is cheap, simple, fast, and easy. i found a pair of "over the knee" socks at forever21 for only $3.00.
then i cut both socks just above the ankle line
then, i sewed a stretch hem around the cut-off side of each sock
and ta-da! you can literally make these in less than 20 minutes.
i even got some socks out of it!
