today, we decided it was time to dive into our wedding cake topper. now, i know it has not been a full year since we tied the knot, but we didn’t want to let our beloved peanut butter cake turn into freezer burn! march 19th marked 9 months for us so we decided to dig in!! It was still pretty tasty minus a few hints of freezer burn here and there. mostly, just on the outer layer of the fondant icing.

i think this weighed almost 15 lbs!

most of all, it was a joyful trip down memory lane of just 9 months prior when we got to shove cake in each others mouths and dance the night away knowing we would spend the rest of our lives together :) Happy 9 months, babe!
