i am always looking for creative and cheap ways to do storage. as naomi gets older, its becoming more and more of a challenge not to let our house get overrun by toys! they seem to be everywhere! i really love the idea of a front facing bookshelf for kids! not only does it store the books in a cute way, it makes them easily accessible to the kiddos and allows them to actually be able to see all of the books!

i love how they used the little pillow chairs to create a reading nook. so simple and so cute.

i like everything about this room. its so cozy. i can't imagine how long it took to paint those stripes on the ceiling, but it adds such a cute punch.

i came across a great blog called tried & true that has a simple tutorial on how to make these on your own! it seems pretty affordable too! i'm excited to hopefully add these to naomi's room!
